Autumn is a wonderful time of year. By the time it is in full flow, I've gotten over my sadness that summer is gone and I'm ready to search for those incredible autumnal colours that only appear this time of year.
My search took me to County Wicklow considered the "Garden of Ireland", to spend some time in a forest that I know, as well as County Sligo and County Leitrim, where I was keeping a promise to myself to make time to explore those beautiful counties. I am delighted to say that nature did not disappoint!
Here are a couple of images from my Wicklow forest wanderings.

My trip to the Sligo/Letrim area was all I hoped it would be. Having passed through both counties en route to Donegal and back, I promised myself that I would make time to explore the area.

A little "Behind the Scenes" video of my Sligo/Leitrim trip is available to watch here.
I have other photographs from my trips that I am working on, and I hope to be able to share those with you soon.
