About the photograph - Diamond Hill from Derryinver
I had visited Derryinver Peninsula a number of times, as I always felt that it was a great location to view Diamond Hill and the 12 Bens from across the bay and get a feel for the rugged beauty of Connemara’s landscape. On each visit to the peninsula, I had envisaged this photograph from this exact location, but the weather and the light never matched what I had in mind, until this visit.
