About the photograph - Waves at el Golfo (icm)

I generally don't go anywhere with out my camera, and so it was no different when I was holidaying in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. While exploring the island we came across a little village on the west coast of the island, el Golfo. The village was lovely, but what stood out for me were the atlantic waves crashing ashore. They were big, long, mesmerising and constant.
We decided to stay for a while and explore the village and surrounding landmarks and as we did the sun continued to move until eventually I noticed that the waves were now side lit by a lower and more golden light. A scene that deserved a bit more attention with the camera.
Of all the shots that I took of this particular scene, I prefer this icm version the best as it is the most faithful to the beautiful view of shape and colour that was before me.
