Returns and Refund Policy
Change of mind
Should you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your print, you may do so within 28 days of receipt of your print. I am happy to either issue you with a full refund or exchange following the print’s return and inspection. Please note that in all change of mind cases you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange process please contact me at john@johnaustin.ie, where I will reply with instructions on where and how to send your print.
The print must be returned undamaged and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. You will also need to include proof of purchase. Upon receipt of your print, it will be inspected, and if approved you will be notified and refunded the full purchase price that you paid (less shipping) or your replacement print will be made and shipped to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately I cannot refund or exchange any sale items or prints that have been personalised or inscribed.
Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and in the unlikely event that it is damaged, defective, or simply the wrong print, please contact me immediately so that I can assess and rectify the matter as soon as possible.
