About the photograph
The Dome on top of the Reichstag building in Berlin, Germany is a fascinating place to visit. It really surprised me. I thought I was visiting a place where I could get good views of the city, but I ended up focusing not on the views but on the Dome and its interior. It's remarkable design, its light, especially in the winter evening sunshine, the curves of the double helix ramps, and the reflections from the tapered centre column. I hardly knew where to begin with the camera, but I knew I wanted to get a photograph with all those elements together, and possibly a landmark included.
I really like how the elements of this photograph came together including The Fernsehturm in the background in the centre of the image.
The Reichstag Dome, designed by architect Norman Foster is one of the most popular sighs in Berlin and sits directly above the parliament's debating chamber. A tapered, mirrored cone at its centre directs light into the Reichstag, increasing the building’s energy efficiency as well as enabling visitors a view of the parliamentary proceedings below.

Prints and printing
All my limited edition fine art prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® fine art paper using the finest quality digital pigment inks to produce a print that is museum quality for the highest possible age resistance that won’t degrade or fade over time.
Frames and glass
My limited edition frames are made using FSC®-certified acid free natural wood that match the archival properties of the print and come complete with premium anti-reflective Art Glass offering nearly invisible, glare-free viewing while providing UV protection.
Care
Care is always recommend when handling a fine art print as the photographic paper can be sensitive to touch.
Shipping

Returns
If your fine art print has a defect or other issue, I am happy to either resend the print or refund the cost of your order.
